The History of The Center for the Secret of Peace Ministries

After personally experiencing the life-changing impact of Fr. Ubald’s message of forgiveness and healing prayers, a small group partnered with Fr. Ubald to fulfill his vision for the creation of the Center for the Secret of Peace in Rwanda and support his worldwide ministry. The Center for the Secret of Peace Ministries was officially founded in 2018. Since his passing in 2021, we continue to spread awareness of Fr. "When you don’t forgive, you have a great weight to carry."

— Father Ubald Rugirangoga

Sharing the power of forgiveness and healing with the world

Our broken world still needs to know about the power of forgiveness in bringing peace and healing to families, communities, churches, and countries. After Fr. Ubald’s death in 2021, the Board of the Center for the Secret of Peace Ministries resolved to continue the mission begun by Fr. Ubald, both in Rwanda, and around the world.

The Building Project

Father Ubald was a visionary. He knew that there was a need to provide a dedicated place for the thousands of people from Rwanda; the neighboring countries of Burundi, Congo, Tanzania, Uganda; and from all corners of the world who would come seeking reconciliation, healing, and peace.

He had an inspired vision to build out and fully develop the 70-acre property that is home to the Center for the Secret of Peace.
