Muri Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi ni Yohani wirukaga kuri Petero, Yohani  akishimira ko yishe Petero. Iyo abakristu bibuka ko uwo bemeye, Kristu,  yabaraze urukundo, abatutsi ntibari gukorerwa Jenoside mu Rwanda. Iyo  batayitabira ntiyarigukorwa kuko yari kubura abayikora, abakristu mu  Rwanda ni benshi bihagije. Ibyo aribyo byose nta kubikikira. Jenoside  yakorewe abatutsi mu Rwanda ! ishyano ryaguye ku bakristu.

Abakristu dukore iki rero !!

Mubyakozwe n’Intumwa, Petero amaze kwigisha kuri pentekosti, amaze  kwereka abayahudi icyaha cyabo muri aya magambo « Yemwe Bayisiraheri  nimutege amatwi amagambo yanjye : Yezu w’i Nazareti, uwo muntu Imana  yemeje muri mwe, imukoresha ibitangaza, ibikorwa n’ibimenyetso  bikomeye rwagati muri mwe, nk’uko mubizi ubwanyu, uwo muntu rero ,  bikurikije umugambi udakuka w’Imana, amaze gutangwa mwaramwishe,  mumubambisha ku musaraba amaboko y’abagome, ariko Imana  yaramuzuye imubohora mu ngoyi z’urupfu kuko bitashobokaga ko  rumuherana, nuko rero inzu yose ya Israheli nimenye idashidikanya ko  uwo Yezu mwabambye, Imana yamugize umutegetsi n´Umukiza». Int2,  22- 24,36.

Abishi ba Yezu bamaze kubwizwa ukuri, beretswe icyaha cyabo ni bwo  bavuze iri jambo bati « Bavandimwe dukore iki ?! ». Int2, 37.

Petero Intumwa yigishaga adategwa, avuga icyaha uko kiri ari na byo  byahaye abamwumva kwicuza. Mu Rwanda sinzi niba abakoreye Jenoside  abatutsi barigize bafashwa ngo bumve icyaha cyabo koko ku buryo na bo  bibaza bati « Bavandimwe dukore iki ?! » . hari centrale umuyobozi wayo  yari amaze kwicwa muri Jenoside kuko yari umututsi, ku cyumweru  cyakurikiyeho, muri selebrasiyo yasomewe muri iyo centrale, hageze igihe  cyo guhazwa habura uza imbere, uwungirije uwo muyobozi wa centrale  wari wishwe ni we washishikarije abakristu guhazwa agira ati « Erega  nimuhazwe kuko iyo tutabica ni bo bari kutwica ». sibwo se bose bahise  biroha kw’isakramentu bagahazwa. Kuva ubwo kandi byarakomeje.

N’ahandi hose ni uko byari bimeze, abakristu ntibigeze bafashwa ku buryo  bugaragara ngo batekereze ku cyaha cyabo. Ndavuga ibyo nabonye muri  Kiliziya gatorika kuko ari yo ndimo .

Ubundi icyaha giteye ishozi cyakozwe ku mugaragaro (scandal Public)  gihanwa ku mugaragaro. Muri Kiliziya gatorika, igihano gikoreshwa ni  uguhagarikwa guhabwa amasakramentu.

Ukoze bene icyo cyaha akabanza guhabwa inyigisho zihariye zimutegura  kwiyunga n’Imana n’umuryango w’Imana kuko icyaha ke kiba  cyakomerekeje umuryango. Nibyo twita kugarukira Imana. Kubona  abakoreye Jenoside abatutsi Kiliziya itarabafatiye ibyemezo ngo  bahagarikwe guhabwa amasakaramentu, abakristu nyabo bibaza byinshi.

Tuvuge ko Kiliziya mu bushishozi bwayo yatinye ko yakwibeshya ikaba  yafungira abantu amasakaramentu ibarenganya, ariko se noneho muri  gacaca zakozwe, umuntu yiyemerere ko yishe abantu, kiliziya igumye ikore  nk’aho nta cyabaye ! Si ubwa mbere mbivuga, nzongera mbisubire. Kiliziya  y’u Rwanda yabuze ubuhanuzi. Ese dukomeze dutyo ! Gacaca zararangiye,  abakoreye Jenoside abatutsi , gacaca zarabagaragaje, tubifate nk’ibisanzwe.  Leta yashyizeho gacaca, izishyiramo ingufu uko ishoboye, yashyizeho  icyumweru cyo kwibuka, ibyo byose yabikoreye kugirango irwanye iki  cyaha cya Jenoside. Twe se Kiliziya gatorika n’amadini yemera Kristu  watubaza icyo twakoze ngo dufashe abakoze icyaha cya Jenoside kumva  icyaha cyabo twasubiza iki ? watubaza icyo twakoze ngo dufashe abatutsi  bakorewe Jenoside kwongera kwizera ababakoreye Jenoside twasubiza  iki ?

Abakoreye Jenoside abatutsi bafashwa bate kugira ngo bongere bizerwe  n’abarokotse iyo jenoside ?!

Nyuma y’ukuri kwagaragajwe na gacaca, harageze ngo buri torero rifashe  abakristu baryo bishe abantu muri Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi  kwisubiraho, bakicuza babikuye ku mutima.

Muri Paruwasi ya Mushaka abakristu gatorika bemeye muri Gacaca ko  bakoreye Jenoside abatutsi, abakristu basigaye bamaze kujya inama  bemeje ko abo bakristu basebeje Kiliziya ko bagomba guhagarara guhabwa  amasakaramentu ushatse kuyakomorerwa akabisaba umuryangoremezo  akomokamo. Agenerwa inyigisho zihariye mu gihe cy’amezi atandatu  ahabwa inyigisho imwe mu cyumweru. Iyo inyigisho azigeze hagati asabwa  gusubira mu miryango yiciye muri Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi, akabasaba  imbabazi. Abo bapfakazi, imfubyi nibo bamuherekeza bakaza kumusabira  imbabazi mu Kiliziya kuko baba babonye umwanya wo kuganira nta  buryarya. Imbabazi ziba zitanzwe ntizisubirwaho kuko uba yazisabye na we  aba yabikoze nta buryarya. Iyo harimo uburyarya atinda kuzihabwa  cyangwa nta zihabwe. Bose babyungukiramo. Bose barongeye barizerana,  babana nta buryarya.

Abakristu bose hamwe bashimishijwe n’uko abakoreye jenoside abatutsi  bafungiwe amasakramentu kuko bitumvikanaga ukuntu abakristu bakora  icyaha gikomeye kuriya, kwica umuntu umuziza uko Imana yamuremye  ngo Kiliziya ibibone nk’icyaha gisanzwe. Bibaye ibyo ntawakagombye kuba  agifungirwa amasakramentu. N’abandi bose nibigende gutyo, si Paruwasi  Mushaka yonyine yakagombye gufungira amasakramentu abakoreye  abatutsi Jenoside.

No mu matorero yandi kandi n’aho nihagaragare ko abakoreye Jenoside  abatutsi bafashwa kumva icyaha bakoze, bigishwe ku buryo  bw’umwihariko bahuzwe n’abo bahemukiye.

Nta bihenda abana bikenewe

Umwana ukunda kurira bagira ibyo bamuhendahendesha kandi koko  agaceceka, ku muntu mukuru siko bimera, iyo ushavuye uba ufite  impamvu. Agahinda kavanwaho n’uko ikibazo cyawe cyumvikanye,  kigasubizwa n’uwakiguteye.

Hari amashyirahamwe asigaye avuka ahuza abacitse kw’icumu rya  Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi n’ababiciye ahereye ku nyungu. Uwo  bashukisha amafaranga wese, bitewe n’ubukene yifitiye, birakomeye ngo  ayiteshe. Ayo mashyirahamwe ahuje abantu batabanje kuganira ku  kibazo gikomeye nka kiriya cya Jenoside yakorewe abatutsi, bitinde  bishyire cyera azasenyuka.

Father Ubald's Vision for the Center for the Secret of Peace

Dear friends:

On August 5/016 Excellence Bishop Jean Damascene Bimenyimana, Bishop of Cyangugu Diocese in Rwanda has blessed  statues of Our Lady of Kibeho, Merciful Jesus, Our Lady Queen of Love and Saint Josephine Bakhita at the Secret of peace Center. He blessed also Rosary way stations, the way of cross stations and the seven sorrows rosary stations at the same center.

The Secret of Peace Center becomes pilgrimage center, very attractive; people come from everywhere to come and pray at that center and get peace.

This is the daily schedule at the Secret of Peace Center.

Monday at 9:30 AM it is Rosary prayer through rosary way stations; at the end there is mass, adoration after the mass and at 3PM the Divine Mercy chapelet.

Tuesday at 9:30 AM it is seven sorrows rosary through the seven sorrows rosary stations; at the end the pilgrims have mass and after the mass it adoration. At 3PM it is Divine Mercy chapelet.

Wednesday like Monday.

Thursday it is pilgrimage of people with Holy Spirit devotion.

Friday it is the prayer through the way of cross stations with the mass at the end, adoration  and the divine chapelet at 3PM.

Saturday like Monday and Wednesday.

Every 13th of month, it is Fatima day, people come from every where to pray God through Virgin Mary. At the end of the mass it is healing prayer.

At the last Sunday of the month, there is mass with healing prayer at the Secret of Peace Center.

The Idea to found the Secret of Peace Center came to me after genocide against people from tutsi ethny. I remembered Virgin Mary when appearing to visionaries at Kibeho, I was seminarian at Nyakibanda Major Seminary; she wept because of the calamity which had to happen in Rwanda if people are not converted and love sincerely each other. Her message has not been understood. And the calamity occurred in Rwanda, it has been genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. What horror! More than one million people from Tutsi ethny in Rwanda have been killed in 3 monthes. From babies to old people, they have been killed without any mercy. We understood why Virgin Mary wept during apparitions at Kibeho. I survived miraculously genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. I witnessed evil spirit of hatred at work during genocide time. Evil spirit of revenge was spying right time to go on destroying Rwandese society after genocide against people from tutsi ethny. We had to fight it. There was nothing else to do instead of preaching forgiveness and reconciliation. I began such experience at Mushaka parish where I have been pastor after genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. That experience bore a lot of fruits. People have forgiven one another and begged pardon after Genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. I had  to go forward and  found a congregation  of people who had to work for peace after genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. When thinking at about how to begin with it I learnt that there is a sister, Sr .Donata who has had the same vision and had already begun with the community  “Missionaries of Peace of Christ the King”. I went and met her, after the meeting I promised her that instead of creating an other congregation with the same objective as hers better was to come and help her, thus I became co-founder of Missionaries of Peace of Christ the King. That congregation is working actively in peace making, helping in forgiveness and reconciliation after genocide against people from tutsi ethny, listening to people with inner wounds after genocide against people from Tutsi ethny. I bought the land next to the lake Kivu with intention to create a center, the “Secret of Peace Center ” that name I had it from God when praying. The money to buy that  land has been for me a gift from God. I can’t explain how I have got that money. The Secret of Peace Center stays a secret and has really a secret of peace.

Last August 5, 2016 after blessing the statues and stations of different spiritual ways told above the Bishop of Cyangugu Diocese declared that the Secret of Peace Center was a gift of Merciful Year, thus people have to come and make their pilgrimage and pray for peace.

Pray so that the vision on the Secret of Peace Center be realized, so generous people can help and sustain it.

Fr. Ubald Rugirangoga

Founder of the Secret of Peace Center.
